At Forever Outreach Inc., we believe that true impact begins with compassion and consistency. Through our two core programs—Forever Amor and Forever Hoops—we meet both physical and emotional needs in our community. Whether it’s delivering hot meals to those facing hunger or mentoring youth through the discipline of basketball, each initiative reflects our heart to serve, uplift, and empower.
🥘 Forever Amor
Feeding Families. Restoring Dignity. Spreading Love.
Forever Amor is our direct outreach initiative dedicated to serving individuals and families facing homelessness and hardship. Through this program, we prepare and distribute hot meals, hygiene kits, and everyday essentials to those who need them most.
- Hot, freshly prepared meals
- Hygiene bags (toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, sanitizer, etc.)
- Mobile outreach in Polk County and surrounding areas
- Holiday and seasonal drives (Thanksgiving, Back-to-School, etc.)

🏀 Forever Hoops
Mentorship Through Movement. Leadership Through the Game.
Forever Hoops is our youth empowerment program that uses basketball as a vehicle for mentorship, structure, and personal growth. We work with boys and girls ages 10–17, helping them develop leadership, teamwork, discipline, and resilience—on and off the court.
- Basketball training and tournaments
